I was 6 months pregnant with my 2nd baby when my first husband left, and in a bit of depression, I turned to mellowpuffs which were cheap at the corner dairy. being alone with just a toddler, I will admit I did eat a few too many mellowpuffs. i mean, who can blame a 6 month pregnant woman? I did indeed gain a bit too much weight, but everyone was shocked when my son was born weighing 10 pds 11 ozs with a 40.5 cm head, measuring 61 cms long. He was the size of a 3 month old. The first thing my midwife jokingly asked me was "what on earth did you eat?" to which I replied "a heck of a lot of mellowpuffs." But the truth is, he wasnt all mallowpuff at all, he was a perfect weight for his size, and it was more the genetics that made him that big, with me being almost 6 foot and his father being 6 ft 6 a big baby was to be expected!
