As a personal trainer ,I have a client who has found it impossible to give up his Krispie fetish last thing at night.After much bribing and wailing over the scales, the introduction of mini Krispies is soooooooo good. Now the thought of eating six biscuits a night is okay by me.He says its the taste he needs.Yahoo.
