as a child my grandmother use to make my dolls a special birthday cake for there birthday.
the cake was a packet of chocolate chippie biscuits with ice cream between each biscuit, similar to a big kahuna ice cream.
the dolls celebrating there birthdays was a great opportunity to have a yummy afternoon tea.
